Local Business Woman Gets Ready to “Jump” for the American Lung Association’s “2011 Fighting For Air At All Extremes” Event

Wilmington, DE ― August 30, 2011 ― Mortgage Network, an industry leading independent mortgage lender, today announced that Loan Officer Donna Ignasz will skydive on September 17th to show her commitment to raising money for important American Lung Association programs throughout the communities in DE, NJ, PA and WV. Some of these programs include asthma camp, clean air in schools and smoking prevention/cessation for teens and adults.
“I have committed to quit smoking in the next two months and put this nasty habit behind me and add a few years to my life,” said Ignasz. “To show my commitment to quitting and to others quitting and taking control of their life from this habit, I am jumping out of a plane! Lung disease is the number 3 killer in this country taking the lives of over 342,000 Americans every year.”
The “Fighting For Air At All Extremes” event will take place September 17th at the Delaware Skydiving Center at Laurel Airport, 32524 Aero Drive, Route 24 West. Participants can choose to jump or be a virtual jumper to support the cause.
